excellent food and even made extra effort to accommodate us as we had turned up after they had stopped taking orders. Food was quick to come out and nice large portion, would recommend it to anyone 👍👌

Went last night for my mothers birthday meal - haven't been there in years and have to say it was delicious 😋- the steak was stunning & the jacket potato was cooked lovely . Plenty of choice and huge portions . Stunning Cheescakes too - hope the Turkish delight one will be there next time 🙏🏻👌🏻....oh and with a fussy 9 year old son it was a hit . Just want to mention how friendly and helpful the staff were too .
Went last night and we were happy to wait as there was a big table of 17 and couple of smaller tables was told half-hour wait. however order was taken earlier and when the food arrived it was absoulrly stunning. Staff are lovely and even though busy we were looked after brilliantly. Well done to the all who was working last night �
We had Sunday lunch there yesterday and it was lovely. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I had the ham hock for starter, a cavery and then rice pudding and I thoroughly enjoyed it all, as did my companions.
Spontaneous evening meal. 4 of us and we weren't disappointed! Food was absolutely delicious and the portions were generous. Staff were super-attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back for more �
Popped in on Saturday afternoon with my dad for some lunch and we ordered a Gammon and steak and they were delicious � we sat outside as the weather was lovely and owner was happy to bring it out to us! Lush food and good service! will be visiting again soon thanks �
Popped in for a meal last night for the first time. It’s a very friendly place, with first class customer service and blinking gorgeous home cooked food. Will definitely be going there again.

Had my brother in laws 16th birthday meal with a few family and friends meaning few it was 45 of us � and was really good a warm welcome and nothing to big or small ,food was lovely and service was fab , thought we would have to wait a while for food being so many of us but it was brilliant no long waits. Fabulous home cooked food, lovely friendly staff Sunday lunch is gorgeous and best of all real chips. It's lovely to see a local pub doing so well
Beautiful food and amazing staff. Betsan was brilliant with my boys . The yoing lad let my son sit at his own table as he didnt want to sit with us lol. Chocolate fudge cake was out of this world x

Amazing food , fantastic service. Thoroughly recommend the rib eye steak with sauteed creamy garlic potatoes �
11 of us ate here tonight. The food was excellent, all our meals arrived with no delays despite there being a real mix of orders and a large party there at the same time. The food was served piping hot, all the steaks cooked perfectly and no errors. Waiting staff were fantastic. A lovely night. To be recommended.
Booked for tonights steak/Grill and dessert offer night for 2 for my Husband’s Birthday meal. Initially started to get a bit anxious how long the food was taking to arrive (45mins), but when it came out it was WELL worth it! Portion size was very generous for the price (Couldn’t finish mine as much as I wanted to!). Steak was cooked perfectly, option of sweet potato fries was really nice too! Will be back again with family in future! Young Lad serving our table was doing really well and was very polite, despite it being busy!
Food was nice but was a shame that the staff clocked off after our main so we were never offered desert or our bill and has to chase it. Sort your service out and it could be a gold mine!!!
Went there tonight the chips were overcooked and horrible sorry but boys asked for barbecue sauce and got chocolate sauce in a barbecue bottle when we complained to management we did not get an apology we got a bad attitude as a reply as if we were wrong to complain to him sorry won't be going back there again
