A very friendly atmosphere family run establishment has a very good family run home cooked restaurant to the rear

Good old fashioned pub that has resisted going gastro. Tasty traditional food. The pie doesn't look much but tastes gorgeous (think actual home made rather than factory "home" made). Tikka masala delicious with half rice half chips. Plenty of food at a good price. Beers clean, lines obviously well maintained.

Great pub. Lovely people and a friendly atmosphere. I really enjoyed the food too. Ideal place to book into if your heading for the Mach Loop as it's very close to the viewing points.

Some of the locals are enthusiasts too and can be helpful with advice. Please don't expect them to know what's coming through though please in terms of air traffic. Some days you might see lots, some days nothing ... but you will be watching from some of the mist beautiful Welsh scenery and that alone can be a therapeutic break.

The is a first rate pub with rooms available at reasonable rates. The beer is well kept. The open fire a delight. The food is well prepared and filing. It is in a convenient location for accessing the mountains and hills for walking and mountain biking. A great village pub in the heart of rural Wales.

I couldn't wish for a nicer place great food great beer amazing people beautiful place and that added bonus of seeing the jets from right out side the pub
