Water is probably the most important nutrient our body requires, even more so in temperatures like this. Remember green fibrous veg are also high in water so be sure to include these in your meals. Happy training!

Just following the plan for shoulders today, and I loved it. Renzo is down to earth, so knowledgeable and makes things so simple, and just look at him... This is not theory he knows how to get there. So glad I am benefiting from the Renzo Effect.

I'm just ten days in to my Renzo 12 week program and I've already noticed today after just 10 days a difference in my body shape and muscle definition, I can't believe I have ab muscles starting to appear all ready. The weight program, the diet and the supplement info are all amazing and work so well. This is the man to take you to the next level with out a doubt
