The Salt Room can help alleviate the symptoms of Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Fibromyalgia, Asthma, COPD, Allergies, Headaches or Sinus problems. Promotes sleep, relaxation and improve moods.

THE TREATMENT
As you enter the salt rooms In front of you is a 7ft Himalayan Salt Wall, alongside the wall we have over 10 Salt lamps in the room. Once you are comfortable on the bed, we have a large selection of meditation music we will play whilst you lay and totally relax in the salt room, reaping all the healing benefits of genuine Himalayan salt walls and lamps.
