Great little pub just a street away from the harbour, very cosy inside, friendly staff and good beer. Plenty of interesting memorabilia on the walls to look at . The place where the cast of Under milk wood drank when filming . Lovely place.

What a amazing pub it's like drinking in a museum. Staff are very friendly and helpful

This is a really interesting and definitely missable gem. I recommended going for a drink here just to see it's charm. The pub is full of Maritime memorabilia and you could spend ages looking at it all.

Absolutely charming "proper pub" steeped in nautical tradition and history. Staff and locals are very friendly. Very dog friendly too. Enjoy! Be careful exiting onto main road!

Lovely small pub, very welcoming staff but unfortunately contrary to Google's advice they so not serve food.

Just popped into the Ship Inn, passing through Fishguard on a walking weekend in North Pembs. What a special little place! The 270 year old pub is tiny with low beamed ceilings and is festooned with authentic eclectic clutter and cobwebs. We enjoyed a pint of Double Dragon over a game of cards in a patch of sunlight while a log fire in the corner kept the sea damp at bay. A perfect way to dip your toe into the charm and character of the area, bring cash and marvel as the original till appears in the form of a drawer secreted in the wooden paneling and your beer is served with true Welsh wit and warmth.
