What an amazing evening , Jasper and Brian are thoroughly entertaining with fantastic magic and lots of comedy and banter . They totally thrilled our group of 6 and we had a really fun and thrilling evening . If your looking for a fun evening I would totally recommend this place .. 5 stars for me *****!!

What an *amazing* venue. The guest magician, Fritz Alkemade, was outstanding. But the experience is made by the guys who run the place, who really care about what happens in their space, who performs there, and how their customers are treated. I loved it. Will be back.

We were met with a warm welcome and well stocked bar before being entertained by mind blowing magic from Wayne Goodman.



The intimacy of this place sets it apart from anywhere else that you might visit. A real gem and on my doorstep too!

Well what a great evening last night! Thoroughly enjoyed the magic show with Jasper & Brian with a cosy bar area to match. Well worth a visit and already booked for Leroy Brito's sell out comedy show. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for something different to try.

We visited this venue for the first time to see the mind reader Marc Paul and had an amazing evening. With an audience of about 20 it makes for a fun and intimate show with everyone involved in some way. Jasper and Brian are entertaining hosts and made us feel very welcome. So glad to have discovered this place on our doorstep. We'll be back very soon.

My husband and I had a wonderful night at the Small Space for the Jon Crespo jazz trio. Awesome experience! Treated like a VIP and had a unique opportunity to get up close to such impressive musicians. Will be back for future events: we are hooked!

It really is a small space! Bryan was literally amazing, feeding off the audience and showcasing both card magic and mind reading (he did both sets) The finale was mind blowing! Great venue, great show. Thoroughly recommended.

If you want a great and different kind of night the Small Space comes highly recommended, totally entertaining if mind boggling! Stunning venue in the local community xx I have been twice and will be booking again asap!

I loved this experience, the ambience of the venue was completely on point. I mistakenly wondered if being a small venue I might feel overwhelmed but Bryan and Jasper are gracious and warm hosts with a real knack for hosting. The Small space actually feels not so small, the Gin was very lovely and the entertainment still has my face hurting today!

I finally experienced The Small Space last night. It is an amazing venue, reminds me of haunts in Dublin and London that only the locals know. The comedy acts that were on last night had me in stitches and the intimacy of the venue only added to the good night. Front or back seats, the audience is so close to the performer that it is like you are really at your own private gig with friends. The bar supplies lovely red wine, and huge gins to help quench your thirst. I can’t wait to go back. Bryan and Jasper should be proud of their achievement in setting up such a great place in Barry!

Had an absolutely amazing evening. The smaller venue works perfectly to create a truly unique, more personal evening. Brian and Jasper are true showmen, not only with their magic but super quick wit! My cheeks are still hurting from smiling so much! Highly recommended!

Fantastic night here last night watching an incredible card magician - Paul Gordon. Totally blew my mind. Fantastic venue which not only looks really cool but has a lovely bar area upstairs selling among other things, a great range of quality gin and rum. Top marks �

Booked the small space for a surprise party for family and friends, booked the food package with bubbly on arrival. Fab evening , everyone had a brilliant time and we laughed all night , food was really good quality and went down well. Truly entertained and will definitely go again. Venue is small and intimate, it's done really well and the Gin and tonics were lush. Xx

Always been a fan of Bryan since he performed at my wedding!! Booked this for my husbands 30th and I tell you not it was one of the best nights EVER! I haven’t laughed so much and my mind was blown! Why would you miss out on this place if it’s just on your door step!! I’m sure we will become regulars!! Ps. I’m sure the resident magicians are aliens ��

The magic was sprinkled with comedy and banter and of course ...audience participation. The bar was terrific too and had a fine selection of drinks...especially the range of gins. The Small Space really is a hidden gem and I would recommend it very highly for both locals and visitors.

A fantastic idea and a brilliant night out, Wales' smallest theatre is a must-see for anyone living in or visiting the South Wales area. A warm and friendly atmosphere awaits, with a well-stocked bar and world-class acts.



The resident magicians are both top-notch entertainers, who will keep you laughing hysterically and gasping in amazement throughout the show.



I highly recommend a visit as soon as you possibly can.
