Ordered food pizza cold and not fresh tasted discusting wouldn't feed it to my dog forgot sauce with wedges and guy who delived it didn't have the right change so didn't get my Wright change will never order from this horrible place again.

Not the fastest delivery, and can have some annoying waits even when ordering in store, but excellent pizza and some terrific collection deals. A maximum FSA hygiene rating is also hugely encouraging. The square design does make the middle slices awkward to handle, but it's a small issue.

The warm cookies I added to our last order were delightful, too.

Ordered and collexced. Great service and lovely pizza with a great base. No experience of the poor service experienced by others. Will definitely order again.

Cannot believe there are people judging this place because of a video they have seen online! You have to realise that there are two sides to every story and after hearing the other It's not quite what it seems. The pizza's are amazing and the staff are lovely.

This pizza was not very good, i waited around 45 minutes for the pizza to be ready and when I asked about the wait time the manager was fairly rude and told me it would be ready when it was ready. I didn't appreciate the smart remark but I decided to keep my mouth shut. But then when I began to eat the pizza it wasn't warm, so I know it wasn't freshly made. When I complained about it the manager started getting aggressive telling me I didn't know what hot and cold was. Not to mention the pizza tasted like stale cardboard. I wouldn't recommend this place

I ordered a 12" meatfeast and a 10" pepperoni Passion around 18:45 this evening. It turned up around 19:10 and was both pizza were absolutely delicious. I wasn't to happy being charged £2 delivery (most places are £1) and 50p for using my card which I've never had to pay when ordering online before. If it hadn't been for that the driver would have been tipped and you would have had a full 5 stars.

Just seen the video that's going viral of the MANAGER cursing & verbally abusing an old lady for leaving a bad rating/review because she had to wait 2 hours for her pizza. Here's your well deserved 1-star. I hope you go out of business soon. Want to call me and curse me out too?

Just seen a video with an employee of this company verbally abusing an old lady. You should be ashamed of yourself. I encourage everyone to boycott this establishment.
