The Stackpole inn is situated in the picturesque village of Stackpole. There is a carpark to the rear which is perhaps not quite big enough when the place is crowded, however its possible to park on the road nearby if necessary. On a warm sunny day its a great place to sit outside and enjoy the beer garden where bar snacks are readily available. Dogs are welcome outside in the garden. More substantial meals are served in the evening. The service is pleasant and friendly. There is a fair selection of beers and ciders. The meals we had were average but not outstanding, and were, we felt a little overpriced for what they were. All in all a 7/10...
Restaurant pub not brilliant for casual drinking. Out door seats.
Great food and drinks selection. Worth booking as seemed very busy and we had to sit outside. Good vegetarian menu too.
Fantastic food offered in this Inn. Great service provided. Go here if you can. It's not cheap but the quality of the food is second to none.
Excellent food and really good service. The walker's lunch (similar to a ploughman's) was really good with huge chunks of local cheese and the children's meals were great quality.
Been to The Stackpole Inn Twice over the last 2 weeks and had superb food both times, probably one of the best country pubs for food in Wales, don't take my word for it, try it for yourself,.
There are some places you just cannot go wrong.... this is one of them.
Had a great lunch here, possibly the best fish and chips ever. Cosy with the wood burner too.
Lovely food and very friendly staff in a wonderful setting - will be returning soon.
