Gettting ready for the Lampeter Food Festival tomorrow! We’ll be trialing ‘The Camddwr’, our newest toastie. Delicious british organic leeks covered in a beautiful Hafod Cheddar cream sauce served with some great local home-cured bacon from Morgan Butchers in Aberystwyth. All this dished up between two slices of local sourdough with a touch of whole grain mustard.
