The Terrace Restaurant At Garwnant

Garwnant Visitor Centre is situated in Coed Taf Fawr, a large area of forest in the centre of the Brecon Beacons and just north of Merthyr Tydfil.

The visitor centre has a gift shop, play area and Cafe which serves refreshments and traditional Welsh cuisine.

Close to the centre are several forest walks and an easy access trail running alongside a stream with platforms over a pond. There are several kilometres of barrier-free walks available which are mainly surfaced with compacted stone. A programme of children’s activities aimed at all abilities run throughout the year.
