The Toning Centre

We offer personal fitness plans by qualified staff using Toning Beds, Cardio equipment, Core Training and free weights for all shapes and sizes.

The Toning Centre offers a friendly, relaxed atmosphere; gently encouraging exercise at the pace a client wants. We offer a fabulous masseuse, Sian, for aromatherapy, massage & reflexology, Nails are beautified by Sarah, from Nailz Inc, and Reiki is also available with Marion. We have 8 toning beds, a Body Action, vibration plate, treadmills, cross trainer, balance master, fitballls & free weights. We have level 3 gym instructors available to provipersonel fitness programme to suits all shapes and sizes.
