My husband booked a surprise nights stay with you for my 40th Birthday. Food was gorgeous! Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to see if there was anything else we needed. Massage was booked for the next morning with Chloe and Erica I've never had one before and it was absolutely amazing would definitely go back for another. Had my nails done while I was there can't remember the ladies name that done them she was very friendly and helpful they look fab. Will definitely be booking 2 come back.

Me and my husband got married at the towers 12 years ago and the service was amazing we often stay at the hotel on special occasions and have never had a bad experience there.. Yesterday one of my daughters had her wedding and all I can say is the staff went above and beyond for her and her new husband we all had an amazing day that went with no stress due to the professionalism and care from all the staff involved... Tracey and Mik and all your staff I thank you for everything you done for my daughter yesterday.... Xxx

I’m heading to The Towers Spa next week and so being disabled decided to ring ahead and check access etc. They were soooooo lovely and nothing was too much effort.



They have offered assistance on the day and even suggested alternative ways to have the treatments booked if accessing the table fo massage was difficult!

I went to the spa on Monday (which is my second time) and I was a broken woman after attempting to climb pen y fan ten times for charity the weekend.

I have to say that Chloe (she knows who she is) you are amazing. Not only did you help me walk again but you gave me some amazing advice for future events that I am going to be doing. I had a fab time and I will be back soon.

I visit every year with my family as a Christmas present from my sister. This year is the first year I've been vegan, the lady in the spa (Chloe I think) checked all the products to make sure they were vegan (which I hadn't even thought of asking). I was also AMAZED by the choice of food available! I went for the jerk vegetables with rice and peas and mango salsa which didn't disappoint ÔŅĹ

Had an amazing day and night. Spa was so relaxing. The treatments were outstanding and the room and food was brilliant. Totally enjoyable day and night. Can't wait to do it again. ÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹ

Great place.had a fab relaxing day.the staff were very polite and helpful. The only down side is.we had to wait quite a while for our drinks to be brought to us..food was lovelyÔŅĹ

Booked a corporate spa day for myself and 9 friends. Was in frequent contact with Vicky from the spa who made the whole booking experience easy. The whole day was lovely from beginning to end, the buffet lunch was very tasty (they even made a pre ordered salad on request for 1 of the girls at no extra cost) the unlimited teas/coffees all day is a fab touch which not many other spas do. The treatments were lovely too, I can def recommend the back neck and shoulder massage with Chloe. Thanks again for making the experience a very relaxing one, we hope to be back again in the summer ÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹ

A fantastic Hotel, the food was superb and extremely good value!! the pan fried Lamb and stuffed Pork are highly recommended. We stayed 2 nights for a friends wedding and reception, the service and venue was perfect , and the meal at the wedding was memorable for all the right reasons. I would recommend anyone staying or using the Hotel as a wedding venue!!! Well done to the staff for being so professional, helpful and friendly, you are a credit to the hotel 10/10 :)

Stayed for my mam 75th birthday and a lovely place, although booking in at 3.00 was fine but we arrived a little earlier and couldn’t use the facilities until check in time, that wasn’t the best start, room was very spacious but paying extra for a 3 person room we didn’t expect the pull out bed to be so poor, very thin mattress and the one sleeping on it didn’t have a good night to say the least, couldn’t get the sky to work in the bedroom and one of the party was heavily pregnant so was purchasing Black currant with soda water which was costing more than a pint or a whiskey and coke. I would recommend the towers but these little extras would just elevate the whole stay, and there should of be more beds available outside the spa due to the warm weather.

Had a lovely stay , spa an food were excellent ,but a very hot day ,room was stuffy so put on air con which after a while started to drip ,it was middle of night so disturbed our sleep waiting for the next drip to hit the floor ,

The hotel and it's facilities are fab it's just the owner that spoils this lovely place. So unaccommodating, rude and just out for your money not your happiness. The rest of the staff are so happy, helpful and polite. Disappointed.

Single beds are not big enough. Very old fashioned styling. Lighting in bar too bright and unwelcoming. Breakfast ok. Didn't have dinner because menu didn't look at all special and restaurant room looked more like a cafe. Didn't use spa or pool. Staff very friendly, rooms clean.

Sent an email enquiry over 24 hours ago, after trying to message them on Facebook and getting a response saying they can’t respond to Facebook messages at the moment. Still had no reply, therefor business lost as I went else where. You need to be more on the ball with replying to enquiries from emails, don’t leave potential new customers sat having no communication from you.

Only thing wrong with it was the room service we rang to order and had to go town to reception first to register card and had to go back to room to order again over phone bit ridiculous I think all places abroad I've stayed never experienced this ,

I‚Äôve been here several times before and standards have slipped to say the least. I‚Äôve emailed them direct regarding this. Spa day treat for my daughter. Gym stuffy with air con not on. Poolside beds all covered in towels but unused,staff refused to remove towels so we could use them as ‚Äėpeople had paid?‚Äô Very disappointing lack of concern. Lunch was delicious but with 24 people to feed they ran out of food and offered a pizza? Lastly, our treatments which we wanted together were separate. Even though both rooms had 2 beds. My treatment was 10 minutes late (apology received), but was if lucky 15 minutes instead of 25. Try somewhere else.

My sister was given a voucher for this spa while she was pregnant. For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to arrange with a manager for us to extend the voucher for 6 weeks as she is still breast feeding and we are unable to take babies into the spa. They have been so unhelpful and they are so far unwilling to extend. One lady at the spa told me over the phone they won't extend the voucher because plenty of women go to the spa who have just had babies and they just express their milk. I found this extremely condescending! My sisters baby will refuse to take a bottle so as my sister wouldn't want her daughter to starve all day, she hasn't been able to use the voucher. We have now booked for the machynys instead.

Called in for a very expensive lunch. Had to constantly try to attract the waitresses attention for another round of drinks, the dessert menu, the bill and then to pay. One waitress blatantly ignored my wife when she said ‚Äúexcuse me‚ÄĚ. Food was ok. Nothing out of this world and certainly not worth the ¬£98 I spent. First time I‚Äôve ever not left a tip, as the service really wasn‚Äôt worth one.

They have been so unhelpful and they are so far unwilling to extend. One lady at the spa told me over the phone they won't extend the voucher because plenty of women go to the spa who have just had babies and they just express their milk. I found this extremely condescending! My sisters baby will refuse to take a bottle so as my sister wouldn't want her daughter to starve all day, she hasn't been able to use the voucher. We have now booked for the machynys instead.

Called in for a very expensive lunch. Had to constantly try to attract the waitresses attention for another round of drinks, the dessert menu, the bill and then to pay. One waitress blatantly ignored my wife when she said ‚Äúexcuse me‚ÄĚ. Food was ok. Nothing out of this world and certainly not worth the ¬£98 I spent. First time I‚Äôve ever not left a tip, as the service really wasn‚Äôt worth one.

Attended their Tribute to ABBA show with a buffet Carvery. The food was late it was almost 9:00 Pm until it was our turn to go to the buffet table. It was disgusting coz the Foriegners ( Asians) like Us were the last to called to go to the buffet table.
