The Trade Centre Wales (Neath)

It was a long wait which wasn't the fold of staff or the systems but our personal circumstance. We felt reassured by the kindness and dedication of staff throughout the process. All we can say is, keep up the good work and merry Christmas!

Was really in 2 minds of Buying a car from Trade Centre Wales. I have owed the Car for 3 months now and I am fairly happy.
The way that they sell thier cars is a little strange to be honest. The screen price is much inflated to the price that you actually end up paying. My car was priced up at £7999 but without even asking or haggling they knocked off £1000. Then another £500 for a online coupon offer then another £500 ontop for my part exchange. So why not reduce the screen price by £1500 in the first place? Surely that would be a sensible move and would open up a wider choice of cars in people's price range?
Overall I am fairly happy with my car. It did have one or two little niggles but it is now sorted.
Obviously thier cars come from Auction and its luck of the draw if you get a good one as they are more than likely ex fleet cars that have had a bit of a thrashing but luckily for me I work in the Motor trade so gave the car a really good look over before commiting to buying it.
I was told the car needed a service which it went back in for a week after buying it, I tool it back home and just to be certain checked it over. The oil and oil filter had been changed but the air filter had not been and was in very poor condition so ended up changing it myself the next day.
Would I buy another Car from Trade Centre Wales? Yes probably but they need to cut the BS and price the cars correctly from the offset not inflate the screen price. I get that they are on commission but the amount of non essential extras they try and flog you is crazy. Tried to sell me a RAC warrenty. One minuet it was £1500 then £1000 then £700. Needless to say I didn't bother with it. Then I was told to cancel my breakdown cover as thiers was cheaper. Infact it wasn't. So no extras were purchased as you can buy warranty services cheaper elsewhere along with breakdown recovery.
One last point to mention. A friend of mine recently visited as a Cash buyer, they did not want to entertain them as Finance was not involed.

DONT NOT BUY A CAR FROM TRADE CENTRE WALES. bought a fiat punto from them for the partner after taking the car home took it Stright to my garage where I found 21 faults some serious and they was happy to leave my 3 kids in there and partner only been driving a week car was throwing all over the road dangerous told them straight away that I want to return to car and the give me attitude and told me no they tried to repair the car 4 times still couldn’t get it right so in the end i done it my self out of my own pocket TRADE CENTRE WALES ARE C***s

Rude Pushy Salesmen, Questionable quality cars, Dramatically over inflated prices so they can say "We can knock 2k off this car if you buy it now, if you walk out when you come back the price will go up by £500". Was still shouting at me when I walked out of the door that I was throwing away £500. Awful place.

We had 5 star customer service here today. Our car salesman Luke Thomas, definitely deserves praise for his excellent customer service skills. He was very helpful and was never pushy.
We agreed to sell our car to get one a bit cheaper. So Luke showed us around the yard for potential cars. We spotted one we loved and we did the paper work (not fun stuff) straight away! We were seen too by Ross Crane who was incredibly friendly and very informal with what was going to happen and what we needed to do. It made the whole process of doing paper work much more pleasent. I have to say, i expected nothing less from Trade Centre Wales. They have their customer service down to a T.

Customer service is absolutely useless within the first month it broke down it went in the limb mode.... Rac man said it needed repairing when I took the car back the trade centre wales they said it was no fault at all if I could give a 0,star I would.

Pushy, called to see if a car was available and told itwas plus they had about 15 others. When we got there they only had 4 of the car we wanted but not the one i enquired about. Wouldn't buy a wheelbarrow from them.

Approached trade centre Neath Abbey as a last hope after struggling to find finance due to my age. Was approached by a lovely man who wasn't pushing me to chose a car. He was very helpful in helping me chose a car suitable for me and at the best prices. Trade Centre made massive efforts to find me finance and it was a quick process. I part exchanged my car and had a great price from them. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new car, after months of trying to find finance I finally have my new car thanks to Trade Centre. Couldnt thank them enough!

I had to leave this review/feedback for The Trade Centre Wales/Trade Centre UK to display my honest opinion regarding the service I have received.

I visited the Trade Centre Wales because I have had nothing but extremely unpleasant experiences with local car dealers in my history of car purchases. From the moment I arrived at Trade Centre Wales I was greeted with a genuine smile and exceptional help in choosing which car I was going to spend the next 5 years with. The salesman wasn't trying to pressure me into buying a car that I couldn't afford or a car which didn't interest me. I took my time browsing which took a while but the salesman was very patient and had the knowledge to answer every question I asked in a professional manner.

After driving away with the car of my choice I had a problem with the vehicle after a few days, the clutch had worn and they gave me a courtesy car until the next day when I had a call informing me that it had been repaired. I then had a fault with the catalytic converter, I posted on a forum seeking help and I received a call within a few hours from the head of customer care group Mr Keston Griffiths offering me help with my situation. He arranged for a recovery truck to collect my car from my home and have it taken to their mechanics and diagnosed the problem. They have replaced the catalytic converter and the engine and repaired any other faults my car had.

Me and my partner were loaned a courtesy car while our car was being repaired, I have never in my life received such admirable service. I arrived to collect the courtesy car which was very attractive and spacious for me, my partner and the kids. I've had daily updates with the repair status of my car and reassurance that it's coming along superbly.

I could never thank these people enough for their magnificent support, I've been treated more like a friend rather than a customer. I never have to chase them up or call them because they call me, not many (if any) other companies I've dealt with are in the same league as these people. Keston has emailed/called me daily to keep me informed and always asks if I am well. Nothing they say is scripted, it's all been personal words and personal support each step of the way. After I have finished my finance with my car I can honestly say that I will be returning to The Trade Centre Wales because they are the best company I've had the pleasure to do business with in the 30 years I've been alive.

Thank you Trade Centre Wales, I wish I could give more than 5 stars on this review because you'll always get top marks. It's been a pleasure. :-D
