what a beautiful place food amazing staff very welcoming will say top place for our family lunches. 6 of us loved our meals

We have just been for a family Christmas lunch 16 of us and it was lovely. Food was great and the staff couldn’t do anymore for us had 2 hyper kids an almost 2 year old and a 7 year old and they made sure they were amused even brought out a box of toys! We will definitely be back thanks for a great afternoon x

We got married here on 6/8/16, and we couldn't have asked for a better day! Gillian, John and staff made sure that everything was utterly amazing. Our guests loved the menu we had and the buffet platters were amazing! Thank you everyone for being part of our special day xxx

Was up yesterday for my my dinner with my mum dad and sister it was lovely the food it's really tasty and the staff are really friendly would defo recommend it to people and would defo go back

Very welcoming, we were looking for a place to watch the Newcastle v Chelsea game today, we enjoyed home made chips, well priced drinks, nobody complained about the kids playing pool during the match and everyone was friendly

This is the Place to go to if you live in or are passing through. The staff are excellent at their work. There's a large variety of drinks to avail of and the food is great. (as is the service). I highly reccomend this establishment for all tastes.

Oh my goodness! Today's specials menu is fabulous! Croquette was great, really really full of flavour. Haggis amazing and the crispy chili chicken is mouth watering! And staff, as always, doing a grand job! Recommend you get there and give the food a go...!

I loved the new layout and the bar in the restaurant. I had the monkfish thai curry, which was excellent. The menu was full of great options.

Great place...friendly staff and very clean. I would have my function there in future and recommend the place to others. So easy to get there. Keep it up!

Great local venue for a function. Held one there a couple of weeks ago. Well organised and the platters served were exceptional. Friendly staff, couldn’t do enough for us. Thanks again!

Great funeral service by everyone concerned. Food n staff excellent. Thanks to u all x

Great bar, restaurant and function room all under one roof. They cater for a lot of community activities too, which is to the owners' (John & gillian) credit. The staff are a brilliant crew and if some are a tad whacky, well being a bit 'off the wall' myself, I think it just adds to the good vibe of the place.

Good selection of cold bottled and draught beers, Excellent food and prices to suit all tastes, friendly staff and tables kept spotless .... worth a wee visit for lunch or a main meal when in the area.

As usual did not disappoint. Fresh mussels to start with side of bread. The burger with jalapeño and pepper sauce was delicious. Highly recommend

1st time eating here and very impressed. I have been away from Barrhead for c.20yrs & been looking out for a good restaurant in the area for many years. I came here with mum on her recommendation, as dad & her were regular visitors to John' previous place in Barrhead.

Food was well presented and tasted even better. Will definitely be back.

Was in on Sunday night, service was great and the food was lovely...the refurb is lovely but it is still missing the brightness of when the bar was in the other room. Xx
