The Usk Inn will be taking part in The Big Lunch this year but will be doing it slightly different. It will be on Monday June 3rd at 12.30 and we would like to invite 10 people from the village of Talybont-on Usk to enjoy a complimentary drink and a x2 course lunch. If you know of anyone who doesn’t get out much or an elderly relative who would like to spend the afternoon at The Usk Inn please get in touch. (Please note this event is totally free of charge and will be on a first come first serve basis)

Probably one of the best weekends so far! We welcomed Nine ex-England international rugby players as Guests on their Bi-annual pilgrimage to Wales! Very honored and proud to meet these guys, the leader being no 466 Capped British Lion, Mr Tony Horton, What a fantastic group of Gentlemen who arrived as Guests and Left as Friends, Loved every minute of it! Visited today when we arrived was met with a warm friendly welcome at the bar we sat down with our drinks and ordered food. The food wasn’t that long of a wait and when it arrived looked lovely and it tasted delicious. It’s a great little find in the middle of the beautiful Brecon Beacons will defo be visiting again soon.

Visited today Sat 4th Aug 18, meal was lovely and the owners could not have been more welcoming and attentive. Relatively new family business and I wish them all the very best for the future. :)

Visited here 25 July. Lovely pub. Steve and Sam so accommodating. Lasagne was to die for! Very friendly and helpful. Food freshly cooked. They have worked hard in the short time they have been owners. GOOD LUCK!

Stayed at the great place and the staff are awesome, great food and great service. Under new management and look forward to staying again when they have left their mark.

We welcomed in 2019 here with family and friends - we all thoroughly enjoyed.

Fabulous Sunday lunch (the best beef dad has had since he doesn't know when!), vegetarian pie just stunning. Genial and welcoming host at an Inn set in beautiful surroundings.
