Good food and very pleasant and friendly staff

One of my local pub. Lovely meals. And on the main road. Plenty of parking. B&B too. Very peaceful pub

Just had Sunday lunch there and it was excellent; lots of meat and a good range of veg, but the best thing was the price; just £8 a head!

Good food, didn't need the steak knife for my venison and Poz loved her beef dinner. Have seen a comment that drinks are expensive but they are not

Not a dog friendly pub with unhelpful staff luckily some friendly locals pointed me in the right direction of a friendly pub

Had a great Sunday roast with a group of friends after a day's hill walking, it was proper home-cooked, great value and went down a treat. Will definitely be back again. Friendly staff too.
