The Welfare Hutch Company

Waited ages for delivery, and after querying where my order was i was assured it would arrive 1st week of May. This date came and went and then week or so later i had the fire email. They ignored my requests for a refund, and ended up having to go through my bank to get my £250 back. Sorry Welfare Hutch Company, fire or no fire, you suck

After two and a half months of either lack of communication or lies, and failure to deliver my order, refund my money or respond to my dispute through PayPal, I am hoping to get my money back through my PayPal claim soon. I've discovered through social media that they were already in trouble with several customers when they accepted my order, and I'm very angry that they've had a lot of my money all this time and now my bunnies still don't have what they need.
