The West Wales Health Show

The West Wales Health Show is Wales' biggest Mind, Body & Spirit Show. Starting out in 2000 in Rosemary Griffith's living room as an informal get together, The West Wales Health Show has now grown to over 50 stands, with free and paid sessions, talks, workshops and more, twice a year over two days. Professionals from Pembrokeshire and around the UK come together to bring their expertise and passion to as many people as possible. We have several hundred visitors over the two days and the numbers are rising. Many come back year after year, and some come for the first time to see and understand more about what's on offer. Talks, workshops and demonstrations over the two days helps focus the educational side of the show. The shows are usually in April and October, and we have all the information on our website as well as all of our online community on Facebook, Twitter, Google + , YouTube, Pinterest.
