Excellent range of beers wines and spirits. Fantastic good and service.

Sunday lunch is consistently of unbelievable quality & excellent value for money . Can't fault it - our place of preference especially when hoping to impress family, friends, or potential customers. Staff are welcoming and attentive, nothing is too much trouble, next visit is a long long 6 days away - BUT - well worth the wait and 2 hour drive from staffordshire

Friendly staff. Very busy place. Some rooms are not en-suite and it doesn't per warn when booking on the internet. Beds comfortable. Food was reasonable. Breakfast was lovely. Plenty of it. Hot and well cooked. Fast service at breakfast.

We called in for lunch without calling ahead. There was six of us (including two young children) and the staff were more than happy to accommodate us. They were very friendly and the food was great

Nice atmosphere, drinks reasonable prices but food isn't the best. Basic pub grub. Would definitely go again for drinks though!

A proper small town pub with good standard pub food. Bar staff and locals were welcoming. Albeit a bit dated inside, but that adds to the charm
