Nice meal, nice dining room. Squeezy style chocolate sauce let the profiteroles down though... Liver was beautiful. partner had a nice steak, and friend who came with us loved the lamb shank!! Would go back again and give it another go!

Beautiful food, friendly helpful staff. Unfortunately it was busy, so there was a bit of a wait for food. Which was totally fine. Waiting on staff did seem pushed and a little stressed.

Had a meal here chef's special really lovely meal very tasty veg cooked to perfection and pudding very well put together will definitely go again staff were lovely very accommodating and polite. Worth every penny

Food was made from poor quality ingredients and not fully reheated. Staff are friendly and helpful. Decoration is tired. No dogs allowed inside.

Had a nice roast lamb dinner and a spectacular strawberry cheesecake. I'd book a table if possible otherwise you'll end up in the vault which isn't great

Very good food, would of been five star if complimentary bread and water was brought out or offered. But all in all a very nice place and very relaxed.

I just read someone thought it was crap! I think they must have gone to a different one with the same name, the one in ireland maybe?
It is one of the best pubs I have eaten at. The food and presentation was perfect, as was the service, but the prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food we were served (bit pricier than a bog standard cafe but still well within our modest budget). It's now on our birthday treat list of eating out places.

Hubby and I had Sunday lunch today 11th September, could not fault a thing, great food - great atmosphere, we will definitely visit again and would highly recommend. ☺☺
