Here at The Wild Pheasant Hotel & Spa, we are continually monitoring the situation with regards to COVID-19 and in light of latest Government advice, we regret to inform, our Hotel will now be temporarily closed until further notice for the safety of our team and guests.
Our head office members are continuously in dialogue with regional government emergency planning units, to explore ways in which our hotel may provide service to our communities at this time ...and will update all our lovely followers and hotel website with information as soon as any initiatives go live.

Due to the situation around the COVID-19 (“Coronavirus”) we would like to please provide you with an update of the current position in connection with our hotel.

As the global situation around COVID-19 (“Coronavirus”) develops, our experienced team would like to reassure each guest, that we are both receiving and monitoring official guidance very closely and continue to take all necessary measures to protect the health and well-being of all of our valued customers joining us at the hotel and to our caring team working within the grounds of our hotel.
At the hotel, all areas and departments are “open for business” and as the health and safety of our guests and staff is our utmost priority, we have taken the following additional measures:
• Reinforcing our already rigorous standards and operating procedures for food safety and personal hygiene.
• Working closely with our suppliers to ensure use of hand sanitizer for every delivery.
• Continual sanitation of all high touch surfaces in our accommodation, events areas, restaurants, bars and spa including seats, tables, menus, card payment devices, counters, handrails, taps, door handles, flush handles etc.
Whilst we remain hopeful that the outbreak can remain to be managed, we recognise that under direction by the UK Government, our operating patterns may change as we go forward, but please be rest assured that we will offer you the utmost flexibility and support if your event, occasion, accommodation arrangement is affected.
