Spacious rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff, nice and modern.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the food is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is in Llangollen with a view of Dinas Bran. The overall design is quite modern but it is also very cosy.

Good hotel but they're having problems with WiFi and the shower didn't work properly in our room.

My wife booked for us to stay here for 2 of the 3 nights we are here. We stayed in the Dinas Bran suite which was beautiful, heated floors in the large bathroom, a jacuzzi and large shower. The room was a great size and had a nice balcony looking out to the mountains. We had evening meals in the hotel restaurant which were lovely and the staff were very friendly. The Spa had a lovely jacuzzi pool along with sauna and steam room which were clean. Would definitely return.

Their meat free option on the Saturday menu Sept 107..filo pastry with mushroom and goats cheese...etc. Disgusting....the filo pastry was so chewy I could have done with a steak knife just to cut it...the filling was sparse, the accompanying vegetables were ONE carrot and two sprigs of broccoli..served with a peppercorn (I think) sauce made with chicken stock (having been a vegetarian for 30 years I can tell) and ONE roasted potato definitely originally roasted with meat. My goodness, what a terrible experience. And £10 for THAT.

Came here for a wedding Fayre and had a good look around the hotel and spa. It is really beautiful and the staff were all nice and friendly. Gorgeous scenery too.

Good location. Free parking. Comfortable rooms.

The refurbished rooms are really good. Polite and helpful staff.

Great place to stay and the building upgrades are looking good. The staff were really helpful as well. The only down side was that the previous occupants had pulled a fixed desk away from the wall which had dislodged the wiring for the TV. Then they had just pushed it back to the wall. Unfortunately this was dangerous for our 2 year old grandson so we had to change rooms.
