My sister and son have been here on a number of occasions and have always been very happy with the eating experience and the customer service.. The food was lovely and well presented and the staff were very friendly courteous and helpful.. I would recommend this place to everyone I know, shall be returning again in the near future ��

I went to the willow tree last night had a really nice meal and drinks it was really nice staff was very friendly and the meal was great thank you so much to the chef who cooked my meal I do come quite often enjoy coming big thank you to all the staff .

I usually have a good experience at the willow tree.

But although i have the same meal every time i go in. I find that the meal is sometimes a bit hit and miss.

Sometimes its tasty and a great meal.

And sometimes the steak is overcooked and dry.

The jacket potato was burnt last night but the steak was lovely.

Some times its all cooked perfectly.

The service is great. The staff are attentive and always ask if anything is ok.

Unless part of the meal is totally bad i don't complain.

If somthing is spoiling the experience of the meal like a too overdone steak or once we had 3 onion rings instead of five. It is conveyed back to the waitress and it is acted on to correct the meal.

But on the other side when its perfect i also compliment the meal.

I had the bbq pulled pork with sweet potatoe hash it was really lovely my partner had the tikka madala curry which he also enjoyed!! Love this pub it looks lovely the staff are really friendly! An all good place to go infact one of my favourites �

I had the halloumi tikka masala. Pretty tastless, just heat no depth of flavour served without the promised pickle and an inedible poppadom. The poppadom was inedible as "chef" had placed the crispy product in between hot steaming rice and a hot naan bread. No surprise that it was soggy and bendy.



After returning the poppadom I never did get it back.



Lady on duty was pleasant but the team always are. It's a real pity as you can usually rely on the grills here to be good as they aren't pre-prepared. But over an hour for gammon is a ridiculous wait with only 30 or so covers in the restaurant.

Slow service and poor portions. Took 2 hours just have mains, would understand if it was busy but it was far from it...

My partners lasagne was bland to say the least. I ordered the chicken and gammon pie. The filling was delicious but wasn't much of a pie when the pastry is raw and inedible. Dissapointed and won't be returning.

We ended up just walking out!! Terrible service and had to wait nearly 2 hours to go elsewhere for food!!! Would not recommend this place at all! It's a shame because it used to be good.

My sister had her food 3 hour later and she not eat it and she at to pay for it. Not happy with my meal because my food when to the man and woman next to us and all the man said sorry and we try to talk to him. He walk away from us when we trying to talk to him and ask for my food. I ask for water and it take 30mins later it come. All my family not happy with the meal.

Me my partner and son went their this evening for food was in their no longer than half an hour both ordered steak my partners 20oz steak meal was all nearly raw which was not what was requested chips and onion rings were soggy from the fat my ribs were microwaved and also not cooked though was cold in the middle steak was just cooked when I asked for it to be well done chips and onion rings were also soggy my sons sausage was under cooked and beans were cold won’t be going again we hardly ate a thing and both our meals were supposed to be specials could get nicer food in hospitals ��

Manager and staff very rude food was over cooked told manager and all she said was eat it the way it is cause you not getting no more never ate food where it that bad

Jest seen higiene is a number 1 which is poor had some awful meals there and most of them where microwave meals took out of the plastic container and put on a plate reason I know is I had plastic in my food so was replaced with another 1 from the microwave if I wanted a microwave meal I would of ate at home not went out to pay for a what I thought would be a freshly cooked meal cheep meals can see why !!!

My sister had her food 3 hour later and she not eat it and she at to pay for it. Not happy with my meal because my food when to the man and woman next to us and all the man said sorry and we try to talk to him. He walk away from us when we trying to talk to him and ask for my food. I ask for water and it take 30mins later it come. All my family not happy with the meal.

Me my partner and son went their this evening for food was in their no longer than half an hour both ordered steak my partners 20oz steak meal was all nearly raw which was not what was requested chips and onion rings were soggy from the fat my ribs were microwaved and also not cooked though was cold in the middle steak was just cooked when I asked for it to be well done chips and onion rings were also soggy my sons sausage was under cooked and beans were cold won’t be going again we hardly ate a thing and both our meals were supposed to be specials could get nicer food in hospitals ��

Manager and staff very rude food was over cooked told manager and all she said was eat it the way it is cause you not getting no more never ate food where it that bad

Jest seen higiene is a number 1 which is poor had some awful meals there and most of them where microwave meals took out of the plastic container and put on a plate reason I know is I had plastic in my food so was replaced with another 1 from the microwave if I wanted a microwave meal I would of ate at home not went out to pay for a what I thought would be a freshly cooked meal cheep meals can see why !!!
