Good job,quality windows .
The job was done speedily and well but maybe a little expensive @ £85 since the retail price of parts was £36 and it took less than half an hour to fit
It was a window in the bathroom and the fitter had to work on the window by standing in the bath and later my wife, who had been away, found the bath was cracked near the plug. Since the bath was perfect prior to the workman standing in the bath and the fact that the bath had not been used until my wife returned home 4 days later, I contacted window doctor who flatly refused to consider any form of recompense.
I, therefore, strongly suggest that very close inspection of the job and areas the workmen stand/use is carried out immediately the job is complete.
Absolutely brilliant company, the engineer was brilliant also. Never been happier. Within 10 minutes of ringing them they were knocking on the door. I Will always go to window doctor if I have any issues in future! 5 star service!
fast, affordable repair
I am a landlord who is travelling in India and needed a company who can manage instructions from me via email to ensure work done on a property is good and that my tenants are happy. This company ensured both these criteria were met. They were prompt, the price quoted was the price I paid and most importantly, my tenants were happy with their service.
I had been let down by several companies who stated that they would do the work and just didn't turn up and then couldn't be contacted.
The Window Doctor could not have been more different. Thank you very much for a great service.
