One of the best places to eat with a excellent choice of food. This newly renovated pulic house /restraunt has good helpful staff and one minute away from the main shopping area

We arrived at 16:55 and asked if they were serving food and the staff looked both confused and bothered we asked.

We were sat alone in dining area which was nice butt felt as though we were forgotten about. The starter came and we had to ask for cutlery.

Food came with a very bland risotto for my main course and an overcooked Luke warm steak for my wife's main course.

We were again forgotten about and had to go down to the bar to ask for a desert.

Miserable staff with sub par dining experience. Will give another visit a miss.

Nice pub for a Sunday lunch. Good price. Good choice of beers from Brains to Wadsworth.

Nice decor friendly staff but as usual Brains can't get the basics right!
I know it's not fine dining but over cooked buttermilk chicken! All they have to do is take it out if the freezer and cook for the appropriate time.
Chicken Caesar salad with chicken harder than the croutons and salad reminiscent of sandy ham sandwiches on the beach because it hadn't been washed!
It's all first principals and basics they have yet to grasp!
Will be back for drinks only.

Was a really busy Saturday night and the staff were really lovely but they put chicken in my salad twice. I don't eat any meat so definitely didn't order that. Otherwise alright food and reasonable prices. Maybe get more staff in?

Great pub food, a good selection of beers and friendly staff.

We celebrated my husbands 50th here we had a lovely buffet and all the staff were amazing . Would recommend to anyone for the same or just a meal and drink as all the food and drinks are perfect.
