Customer wanted to ‘bespoke alter’ a long full pleated bell sleeve, (with open seam) into a shorter sleeve (closed seam). A new pattern was cut and the pleated sleeve was altered to just above the elbow using a tight overlocked seam, giving the sleeve a subtle kicked out edge.
