Good choice of quality lagers, not so many ales. Nice outside, inside could do with a bit a refurb but a friendly welcome nonetheless

Try the lightest beer batter ever surrounding a beautiful piece of white fish. No grease anywhere. Lovely.

Lovely location. Stonking food, just a bit slow on the bar. Well worth the stop just for the steak mushroom and onion ciabatta alone.

An excellent pub and restaurant. Friendly, capable staff who coped seamlessly with campers from nearby rally field. I'm sure we're all looking forward to visiting again, and bringing friends!

The pub here is in a lovely location on the river with a large terrace and car park. The interior has period features including a large hearth with original oven but has been nicely modernised. It's very clean and they allow dogs in one half of the pub and outside. We came here for Sunday lunch and then again for lunch on a Tuesday and both meals were lovely, the roast beef on Sunday was particularly good with pink beef, a good selection of veg and fantastic gravy. They have a good range of Welsh ciders and some interesting gins as well. The staff are friendly, it's not too busy and it's in a lovely location, would recommend for families, people with dogs, walkers and well, everyone!

Fresh food, reasonable prices and welcoming staff. Much enjoyed!

Total garbage, Beer is kept flat and warm, menu is both misleading and basic as well as over priced. Honestly if this place is your last resort just go to Iceland instead, you'll get the same service.
