Body Blitz- conditioning circuits suitable for all ages, all abilities work at your own pace and level with the goal of increasing strength, flexibility and intensity! ! 7: 30-8: 00pm £3: 00

Want to do aerobics and body blitz? £5. 00 for the two classes, how does that sound?



due to space there will be limited spaces for body blitz so I will be taking bookings for this class and offering any free spaces on the night.
