Outstanding post sales service. I had an issue with the car I recently bought from Thompson & Thompson (it happens.... common fault with BMWs by all accounts) and they went out of their way to fix things with minimum effort to myself. I live about 2 hours away from T&T so they arranged for me to use local garages to remedy it and there was no quibbling over the costs involved in putting the car right. Good honest service... a rare thing these days.

brilliant service would highly recommend. The head gasket went on my car 2 months after purchase, I rang up and with in 15 minutes my car was picked up to go and get repaired. The head gasket was replaced and a new timing belt was put in along with a oil and filter change all under the warranty. Will definitely be using them again

Thanks to Peter and his team for top quality service.....I recently bought a lovely low millage Volvo V70. They were very polite and helpful without being at all pushy. I cannot fault their after sales service, when the car developed a fault they got it fixed very efficiently under warranty. I cannot recommend Peter and his team highly enough.

Old fashioned in the very best sense. Courteous and efficient service. Very reasonable price on trade in vehicle. When slight problem occurred on new second hand car, quickly resolved. Would happily deal with them again. Recommend.

I bought my car in December from this garage. I am extremely impressed with them, they have been polite and courteous throughout the whole process and their aftercare is incredible.

The staff helped with the transfer of my personalised registration which has been stressful in the past, but not this time. These people are what an excellent car dealer should be. I bought a Volve XC70 from them earlier this year and the car is fabulous. There was no pressure sales, no flashy cheap suits and I was left to examine the car carefully without someone breathing down my neck. The after sales was brilliant with personal care from the owners and an issue with the keys was quickly resolved without any bother or unpleasantness.

I will most certainly buy from them again and would recommend them without hesitation.
