Being a single woman going into any builders merchant can be daunting, however, all of the staff at Thorncliffes were extremely professional & their advice was very helpful on which slabs to use for my new patio, they even delivered them for me.

Shocking customer service and after sales. When i had 4 fence panels delivered i helped the driver unload as it was raining and windy. The panels were left in situ on my drive until the weather picked up. As I work away it was 10 days later that i come to use the panels. When i reported it i was told it was tough luck as i didn't report it within 3 days. When i quoted the supply's do sales of goods act director Paul took offence and told me the panels wouldn't be covered. I have now logged the issue with the local trading standards.
