“Alpha” starts at Thornhill Church on Thursday 17th January. It’s a great opportunity to find out more about the Christian faith. Everyone is very welcome.
We start with a (no obligation) taster session: 7:15pm Thursday 17th January a free supper will be served.
... The course will run for 10 Thursday evenings 24th Jan - 11th April, with a break for half term. Each session begins with dessert, then a talk followed by group discussion.

No long now until Christmas Day. Come and celebrate the Saviour’s birth with us at Thornhill Church!

We had a very special guest and his little elfin helper at the Christmas fair today! We were also privileged to have so many gifted crafters. Many thanks too to Dot and her team for providing the yummy turkey rolls and cakes.

Tomorrow!! Our 3rd Christmas Craft Fair takes place at Thornhill Centre on Saturday 24th November from 11-2pm.
This year the proceeds will be used to support two charities: Cardiff Concern (Counselling Service) and Sense Cymru (a charity that assists young people with complex communication needs).... Previous events have raised over £1600 for our chosen charities.
There will be a variety of stalls, as usual, selling good quality handmade crafts and goods. Refreshments are available, including delicious hot turkey rolls and cakes and Father Christmas is also planning to drop in! See you there!

A massive thank you to all who contributed to the Operation Christmas Child 2018 appeal. 275 boxes will soon be winging their way to a lot of very happy youngsters!!

Join us for our special “Sending Off” Service at 4pm next Sunday, 18th November. The filled shoeboxes will be taken soon to the shipping warehouse. Come and hear how these boxes really make a difference!
