Getting to know us! Hello. I’m James. I’ve been a chef for far too long to slap a number on and I’m the chef behind this business. You might have found us via our other page That Fish Guy (where we hire out our beach looking fish & chip vans) and you might be wondering why we’d need another account. Well #wedontjustdofish 🐠 Over the last three years we’ve provided a variety of catering solutions for weddings, corporate and private events and as much as we blinking love the Fish Guy brand it kind of suggested that Fish was all we could do. Going forward we’ll be siting our other catering options here and thought you might like to get to know me and some of the rest of our team too so look out for those posts.
We cater a lot of ‘festival style’ weddings. Fields, barns, communal gardens, lakeside, beachside. Wherever you fancy. If you want a relaxed feel for your big day please pop us a message for a no obligation chat about your catering options
We’ve been running our catering business for three years now (we won’t mention the other 20 odd I spent in restaurant kitchens ok?). What a venue - have you ever visited the gorgeous Homme House? It’s stunning, spacious and seriously stylish. We were lucky enough to cater a gorgeous celebration their recently with one of our beach fish & chip vans.

Some people want things a little different and that’s fine by us. As well as our exclusive catering package we can pull together a menu full of ingredients you love, or that follow a specific theme like this sharing buffet full of middle eastern flavour
