Great service and vehicle was perfect. Better than I expected to be honest. Also they were a lot cheaper than all other providers in the area for the same vehicle. Would recommend and happily return in the future. Only downside is not much parking out the front and made it a bit difficult to return the car. Bit not a major issue.

Like most, I assume, I've had mostly positive experiences using this branch and therefore haven't thought to review. They don't sit you down and make you a cup of tea when you pick up your car but they do have the vehicle ready on time and, on the odd occasion that it hasn't been spotless or full to the brim with fuel, they've sorted it without fuss. Very competitively priced, especially if you consider their selection of prestige / elite cars. Have been upgraded a few times to some very nice vehicles and have dealt with the people other reviewers seem to be whinging about and found them professional and efficient. Would highly recommend.

I hire a car frequently from cardiff city branch. I would like to mention and thank their staff Miss. Jessy. She is enthusiastic, very friendly and very helpful. My best experience is when I am served by her when picking up the car or dropping it off. If I was an employer I wouldn't find a better employee than her. Also, as a customer, I wouldn't wish for a nicer staff.

Always had a great deal price wise, car has been excellent and the customer service from all the staff has been fantastic - I don't hire anywhere else.

I did not rent a car eventually, would like to comment on a suspicious thing however . When booking, it says "if the expected mileage exceeds 500 miles, contact Thrifty". So I did and I was told the price per any extra mile is 0.15p.

What I really don't like is that you need to call someone (waited about 2 minutes) to get this information. If it's as clear as that it SHOULD be directly on the web page, visible for everyone. Otherwise it feels like a way to get more money out of unaware customers...

Thrifty are awesome I use them regularly, business and leisure, and always get exceptional service. Polite, professional staff and excellent rates. Vehicles are always clean. Service is second to none compared to many other rental companies in the city and over the years I have used them all.
