Thunder Road Motorcycles Bridgend

**DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LOT!!**
Bought a used Honda CBR125 from these lot in June this year paid the full asking price of £2,000. Told me it had been serviced and checked before they delivered it. After the 1st 2 weeks it was problem after problem. The first issues included a new battery needed, read pads, head bearings and a petrol float costing over £300. Thunder road paid this only because it was still under the 3 months warrenty. Now, 2 months later the bike is at my local garage yet again and they have told me to fix the rest of the problems would be £700+ because the engine needs stripped out! Bikes not worth that so ive had to sell it to them for parts and used my money saved up to use for my bike lessons to buy another 125. Contacted Thunder Road about this they said there sales manager would contact me directly and never happened. Shocking service from a garage that seems to have a large following. Will never ever buy anything from thunder road again and continue to tell people about the shocking bikes these guys sell to their customers.
Thunder road there is nothing you can reply to this review saying that will make up for conning me totally out of 2 grand!!

Excellent dealership, customer service is fantastic. Bought my CB650F here brand new and still come Back for the food in the cafe and any queries I have. Recommended and trusted.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I returned a month after buying a motorcycle here for some maintenance queries. I was given a free mug of tea in the cafe. The food in the cafe is worth the visit alone.

I was constantly updated. The mechanic actually took me into the workshop and gave me maintenance tips.

I then had a follow up email to make sure everything was okay with the bike.

Probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will definitely return. They’ve won my business for life.

I recently bought a bike from Thunder Road after seeing it advertise on eBay.
I was given a very fair P/X price and once I visited the dealership a few days later I was blown away by the amount of genuine passion regarding motorcycles. (Travelled from Reading, Berkshire)
I felt that Chris W conducted the sale in a very professional and non-patronising manner. (All questions answered)
Happy to recommend to ALL bikers as the whole team here are genuinely “IN TO IT!” (A biker's shop run by passionate bikers)
PS. The café upstairs is top drawer too!!
