Ti A Fi Llangollen

Llangollen Ti a Fi offers parents /carers an opportunity to enjoy playing with their children and socialise in an informal Welsh atmosphere, although you don't have to speak Welsh to enjoy Ti a Fi!

Please bring your babies and toddlers to join in the fun at Llangollen Ti a Fi.
Don't worry if you can't speak Welsh as everyone is welcome at Ti a Fi (which translates as ‘you and me’. )

At Ti a Fi we provide activities, healthy snacks and toys for children age birth to school age and tea and coffee for the adults along with rhyme time in Welsh at the end of our session. Each session costs £1. 50 (50p for additional children) and the first visit is free!

By attending Ti a Fi your child will:
- enjoy playing and making new friends
- enjoy playing with toys
- learn to sing simple Welsh songs you can practise at home together
- listen to Welsh stories and look at books
- enjoy activities which include crafts, play dough, sensory play and colouring
- have a lot of fun

We can also provide information about promoting the Welsh language at home and answer questions and concerns you may have about entering your child into Welsh stream education.

This is your Ti a Fi. It is run by local volunteer parents and carers with support from Welsh language specialists, Mudiad Meithrin. if you have any activities, songs or ideas you would like to try we more than welcome suggestions : )
