The diagnosis was very fast to find the fault. I think I was looking for such a service. The battery of my phone is swollen and pushing the screen out instantly. I was interested in knowing the cause of it. I have to know because the knowledge will back me up neatly. I was astounded to receive the phone repair services.

Having used the postal repair service for an iPhone battery replacement, I was left with an excellent opinion. Took my samsung screen to be repaired, had to order in screen but was done very fast next day. The woman was very friendly in shop an offered half price for screen protector and the repair was reasonably priced. Very happy with my service will deffo go back and recommend to anyone 😊😊 massive thumbs up!

Fantastic service highly recommend.
Needed a new screen doing on my Samsung galaxy s7 edge, quoted me £70 cheaper than anywhere else to do it, so dropped the phone off with them at 2.20pm on a Thursday not expecting to have my phone back until late at least the following Monday or Tuesday, but I was there at 2pm the next day to collect my fully working phone. Can't belive how quick they managed to repair my phone.

They brought my iPhone 6 Plus back to life after my son dropped it down the toilet while playing Minecraft (a life lesson learned right there). They were honest from the beginning - liquid damage can be fatal to a phone, and their procedure, although they've had very good success with it, was not guaranteed to work. What was guaranteed however was that every effort would be made to get my phone working, and in my case they surpassed my expectations. My screen, my data, my precious pictures, they were all saved, and over 2 weeks later, the phone is working perfectly. A potentially expensive charging port problem on my S6 sorted out with an effective and very inexpensive alternative solution. Communications during the investigation process were timely, well explained and the options and risks with the repair options made clear. Having agreed the way forward my phone was returned to me in a few hours in pristine condition and the cost was unbelievably low. In the period of five weeks since the repair no sign of any deficiencies in performance. First class performance by Time 2 Talk Swansea. Highly recommended.
