Tirion Homes Ltd is part of the Tirion Group a pioneering Wales based new independent not-for-profit residential developer, owner and estate manager; letting and selling homes directly to residents. We are not a commercial developer or a social landlord; we offer a middle way. The Tirion Group owns a series of individual development companies managed through Tirion Developments which seeks out opportunities, secures planning consent and funding, develops homes and on completion transfers them to our investment company Tirion Homes Ltd, which owns and manages the properties in perpetuity.
