Always love TK Max, could spend hours browsing... Especially at Christmas!

Bought a bag for my daughter to return to school in september lost the receipt and realised the zip was missing, when i took it back for an exchange was told by the manager she was not prepared to do anything without the receipt so i asked for head office phone number which she replied theres no point as they will re direct you back to me and fortunately its my weekend in she had a cocky look on her face and came across as rude and unhelpful. I will never return to this shop and neither will the whole of my store who used to buy a lot from there

Big brands lowish prices, if I go in I almost always see something I want to buy

A medium size store for the brand, but always seems to get the worst product ranges... The beauty selection is generally good though.

Very good staff in fact outstanding friendlyness however we will never shop there again. Women of a certain age need to use the toilets frequently and you have closed yours. A retrograde step in this day and age. The manager could not say why. Watch your sales drop.

Manager was not very nice she was rude and shouting something about delivery drivers who haven't got their stuff on pallets can only use front entrance and not back entrance , she was shouting this to a member of staff and serving. She told me that the cup I was buying was not reduced even though the other two in the shop were and there were no more at all. I still bought it because I liked it. This manager needed to smile , be less stressed and talk instead of bark at staff and customers , I understand it's Christmas but most of us have jobs that challenge us in one way or another, so let's do them to the best of our ability and treat people with respect and kindness along the way. So to you miserable manager have a very merry Xmas and a happy new year .
