TLC (Wales) Independent Fostering Ltd is a fostering agency who specialise in placements for children and young people with disabilities and complex medical needs.

Founded in 2001, TLC Wales is an independent fostering agency based in Crosshands, Camarthenshire. We were established specifically to provide family placements for children and young people from birth to 18 with disabilities and complex needs. We provide short-term, long-term, respite and shared care placements for children and young people from birth to 18 with a range of disabilities and complex needs, including learning difficulties, autistic spectrum disorders, hearing and visual impairments, physical disabilities, genetic disorders and life limiting conditions.
