Do you compete? Yes every day with myself
... Don’t you ever want to give up? I know I don’t want to start again
What keeps you going? Seeing results and pushing clients
Do you eat anything bad? Of course I do but I live by 80% good 20% I wish I hadn’t eaten that
How many times a week do you work out? 6 times a week sometime twice a day a short one (HIIT) and a weight session.
How do you stay focused? I remember when I wasn’t and how much unhappier I was. Nothing’s easy but it’s always worth it.
Why can’t I stick to a diet? You have to trust the journey, want it bad enough. Food is fuel not luxuries We act like we are depriving ourselves eating a healthy balanced diet, instead of realising its as important as brushing your teeth or having a wash.
What makes you good at what you do? I care about the people I train. The reasons behind my methods is to be the best for them, clients results matter to me. It’s a journey I’ve taken myself and I can support them through each phase.
Why do you do it? Because I love it, it’s a lifestyle once you start and see results, you can’t give up!! Invest in your self and health now so that your not forced to later in life through medication and illness. Also I’m setting an example to my son whom I hope will think Fitness and health is a way of life not an after thought.
