there was no-one to serve us our food when we first arrived, and the cleanliness could be improved. lovely staff and food was impressive.

Booked a table for a family Sunday dinner well in advance. Instead of the family of 15 dining together, ee were seated on 2 separate tables for safety reasons?!?!? Very, very disappointed! Apparently they don't have big tables but "forget" to mention it when you're booking

Great food, however the service was terrible, tables were not cleared. Customers standing with full plates waiting for sauces to be filled only to be told staff were too busy to fill them!!!! Everything was dirty. From now on we will travel to the next Toby instead

Unfortunately can't give a such good rate due to almost empty pots at service station...very few roast potatoes left ,no parsnips, cracking, no cauliflower in sauce stuffing dried out ,gravy left low ,also less meat served than any other Toby I've been too ok for me but wouldn't be for a man !!!
We we placed in the bar area There you must pay first at the bar carry your own drinks to the table no place mats or knives and forks ,when I asked the man on the desk for condiments he said go take them of another table....
The Cost very expensive 3 drinks at 45 pounds half a carvery and for serving yourself and ask others to borrow thier salt and pepper !!

All you can eat breakfast. Very tasty and lots of it. Can't fault it. Great friendly staff too.

Good service the staff were amazing carvery two hours after opening was fresh and tasty.

It was really quiet this afternoon which was lovely. Food was nice. Glad we only had to pay £1 for my 7 and 4 year old as they dont eat much. We enjoyed.

Bedlam. 30min wait for a table, tables needed clearing, my wife went to the toilets and promptly returned saying all 3 of them were blocked!
Welcomed by the manager who was polite however it maybe better if he was to keep an eye on the restaurant as opposed to welcoming people.
A young waiting staff (male) walking around chewing gum is not a good look.
The dark haired older waitress was very professional at all times.
Maurice who works behind the bar was very attentive unlike his younger counterparts who were more interested in talking about they're hair!
Far too many people being allowed into the bar area to wait for tables. Crammed in.
