This is not so much about the cutting experience but more how staff are treated, my 15 year old has worked for them for the last 6 months, her first job and she was initially really shy and quiet so working with customers has helped her become more confident, however she received a TEXT message last week to say that she was no longer needed which is fine if you are no longer needed but to be told face to face or even a phone call is much better practise than to receive a cowardly text.... talk about knocking a child’s confidence so maybe working for a top salon brand is not as good as we thought... poor very poor

This was my first visit a treat from my bestie for my birthday, have to say we were made so welcome treated like royalty by the young lady who washed my hair..I had Hayley what a gal smiled the whole time and made me at ease and she truly is talented will definitely be back thanks Hayley 😘😘😘😘

I went in myself in September 16 and my hair was cut really well, so I brought my mum back in for a pamper session last week. Everything apart from the actual cutting was really nice. The hairstylist was lovely and sweet, had a great chat and it was over in a short while..

Except my mum didn't get the cut or style of anything near the picture we showed the stylist. The end result was the same hair style she gets after going to any hairdresser. I felt a bit annoyed because she asked for something simple and easy and didn't get anything near it. And she paid over £50 for something she didn't want.

Loved my haircut from Helen M yesterday. I didn't know what I wanted and she advised me on what worked best for my hair. She's brilliant!! Thank you very much!!
