Absolutely shocking bunch of thieves! First on the phone they argued about how their policy was not to deliver for less than £13. Then they told me as their 2 pizzas will have to come with two drinks so they will charge £15. As it was 2am, I was extremely hungry, tired and had just driven to Cardiff from London I couldn’t be bothered to argue. The most shocking part happened once the food was delivered to the hotel I was staying in. The delivery driver informed me, the takeaway had made a mistake and in fact I needed to pay £17.50. I protested and the driver, now at 2 45am had the audacity to say “well in that case I will take back the food and you can keep your money”.

I will be reporting them to the trading standards first thing in the morning

Just ordered from this place and that will be the last time I ever order !!!! The sauce was absolutely vile, the burger didn't even taste cooked, my daughters chicken popcorn was burned as well as her onion rings. Never ever again !! Felt sick eating it yuck

I come here every week and have never been disappointed. The food is always quick and the workers are always helpful.

Slow delivery over two hours and missing items. Cold food. Big negative wouldn't order again

Done through Hungry House - they sent the order but "Top" 1 didn't tell us they weren't able to deliver our order (lack of staff) and waited 1 hour and half...... bottom 1 of this household list now lol
