Poor customer service.When we asked at the desk if they stocked wooden beams the sales assistant gestured upstairs. He couldn't be bothered to show us. He had no interest in our business.Wouldn't waste time or petrol visiting this place. We took our business elsewhere.

A wide selection of wood burners to choose from, and a great little coffee shop to help you make your decision. That carrot cake was very nice!

The place to go for an amazing range of wood stoves, bbqs, hot tubs! Staff are really friendly and knowledgeable.
