New Product: Black Twin Bosch 044 Fuel Pumps Aluminium Surge Swirl Pot Tank Assembly AN8/AN10
This clever assembly comes with all the components to provide surge free fuel for 1000 BHP+ The outputs from the swirl pot attaches directly to two Bosch 0580 254 044 fuel pumps. ... The outputs of which are linked so that they utilise the Bosch check valves. This prevents back flow which damages the pumps and significantly reduces there lifespan. The manifold outlet can be supplied in any AN size (AN-6, AN-8, AN-10 and AN-12) But it comes as default with AN-8. If you want this changed please message us after ordering. The direction of the manifold can be rotated so that it is facing inline, parallel or at 90 degrees to the pumps.
Both of the Bosch fuel pumps are supported in a twin cradle that can be mounted directly onto the base of the swirl pot.
The twin cradle has rubber inserts to surround the pumps. This dampens any vibrations thus protecting the pumps and reducing running noise. The mounting plate also has holes pre-drilled in it thus enabling mounting to a panel etc.
Manufactured from aluminium 6061-T6 and each component is precision-machined to exact tolerances for trouble-free performance

New Products; Swivel Banjo adapters in ORB, Metric and BSP threads to AN-6, AN-8 and AN-10. These are compact, offer a lot less restriction than a standard banjo bolt and they can still swivel after the allen headed bolt has been tightened. They are double O ring sealed and they are fully serviceable.

New Product. Honda K20A K Series Swap Billet Aluminium 3 Port Fuel Rails. Available with AN-6 or AN-8 adapters and in Red, Blue or Black. Made from 6061 aluminium with T6 heat treatment. It can accept a -8 ORB fitting in the inlet(s) and outlet, and it features a durable anodised finish with a laser etched logo. ... There is a 1/8" NPT hole on our fuel rails that allow you to mount a fuel pressure gauge directly to your fuel rail. This puts the fuel pressure gauge in a spot that's easily visible, so you don't have to poke around in the engine bay just to see if you have fuel pressure.
The other detail on our fuel rail that should stand out is the option for plugging the side inlet and outlet and running the fuel to a centrally located -8 ORB fitting. This is positioned so that the fuel line can pass between the middle two cylinder intake runners (depending on your intake manifold.) This is an excellent option for anyone looking to tuck their wires and lines.
