Total Fitness is by far the best family friendly gym in Wrexham - it caters for all ages and abilities. Its well staffed, and always clean and tidy. It offers a variety of classes, including karate which is included in your membership fee. There are two pools, as well as a hydro pool steam room and sauna for relaxation. The staff are all knowledgeable, approachable and helpful. There is a women's only gym area, the main gym, and a children's gym which also has a play area with computers, a pool table, an Xbox, a football table and seating area for kids to sit and read. There is also answperate area for smaller children (under 3) to play. This gym also has its own squash courts which you can use, and it's own cafe with a great choice of healthy snacks and meals. I cannot recommend this gym enough.
Managed to get to the gym after a while, friendly helpful staff & as cean as ever π
I re-joined from DW as I want the pool rather than the gym.Cleanliness is spot on,I can't fault total fitness at all.Excellent gym.
I do enjoy my Thursday Evening classes doing Body Attack and Body Balance. I feel so energised in the class along with good people and friends ;)
Froze my membership for three months lost my mojo π π and just needed abreak. Back on track now, short workout upstairs gym followed by Nicoles Mind and Body class Tuesday morning which was Epic!! Swim then Sauna....... Onward and Upwardsπ!!π π π
During the hot weather i was a bit put off cuz of the heat...but the aircon is on and its amazingly cool...the cleanliness is very good and the atmosphere is excellent...the pools are just an added bonus...the best gym in town
Ceri is up there with the best. you will not go wronge with her
Best gym in the wrexham area without a doubt. Has every facility that you would need. Great gym including a separate one for the ladies if you so require. Lots of different classes that you can participate in. Something for everyone and every ability. The staff are excellent in every way. So helpful. Canβt fault anything about the place. So... if your looking to join a gym, this is the one. I have tried all the gyms in the area and this outclasses them all....
