Every Minute on the minute complete 3 Rounds of each exercise every minute complete the below:
Round 1 - 10:00 EMOM
odd minute - 20 goblet squats (use a heavy weight)
... even minute - 16 Sumo deadlift upright row
Round 2 - 10:00 EMOM
odd number - 30 KB single arm swings
even number - 12 burpees
Round 3 - 10:00 EMOM odd number - 8 snatches each arm
even number - 5 windmills each arm
20 minute outdoor run or similar cardio based exercise eg bike, row etc with 1:00 effort every 5:00.

AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)
Complete as many rounds of the following during a 20 min period
10 ski jumps
5 Deck squats
10 Press ups
5 kb clean and push press each arm (use any weight)
5 kb thruster each arm (use any weight)
5 single arm over lunge (each arm)
10 twisted oblique mountain climbers

... 0:30 arm rotations each way. 0:30 leg swings each leg 0:30 high knees 0:30 heel flicks 0:10 standing sprints 0:20 slow jog x 6
Main session
The aim of this circuit is to complete 100 reps of each exercise split into 4 rounds of 25s. If you need to rest during the 25 reps that is also acceptable! 25 Press ups 25 Bodyweight squats 25 Mountain Cimbers 25 Lunges 25 Crunches 1:00 Rest then Repeat another 3 times

Ladies with all this craziness going on, Iโm not leaving you on your own!!! I will be posting up workouts with videos for everyone! Or you have the option of joining me with virtual classes via Zoom!! ๐๐ keep positive everyone!!!
During this crazy time, we are going to keep things outdoors! So we are going to change the usual Friday UFit class to our outdoor base from Penylan Community Centre! We are keeping the time at 09:30 but can be changed if needed!!? Spread the word ladies!! Letโs get it going and keep strong!!
Hows everyone doing at the moment??
We are still running our classes as normal with a possible option of running more outdoor classes if requested!
Remember if you are unable to train at classes or have to stay at home, we supply online home workouts via our training app which includes video tutorials of all the sessions. The sessions are both bodyweight and resistance based exercises !! Just pop us a message if you are interested and we can set you up straight away :)
