Nice hotel. Only used conference facilities, but all good. Nice staff, nice location and Tower - thus the name. Nice place to visit and, I'm sure, stay!
Took my mother on an evening escape package here and had a fantastic time; Leah did a great job working out the knots in my shoulders and neck and was just absolutely lovely! We enjoyed the use of the sauna and steam room before out treatments as well, which was great for all round relaxing. The food we had afterwards was delicious, with the staff wonderfully friendly and accommodating from start to finish, but a special shout out to our lovely waitress who helped with my veggie choices! Would highly recommend coming here.
Attending a nursing study day. Staff very accomodation. Buffet lunch was first class and desserts to die for. Food plentiful and always topped up with fresh. Huge room and all areas very clean and well maintained. Would love to return for a social event
Although it took me a very long time to get through to the spa reception phone when trying to book our spa time (about 2 weeks of calling) we had a lovely time. The spa was nice and clean, we enjoyed the pool and sauna and sitting out in the garden. I was a little disappointed that the hot chocolate machine was out of order in the chill out room. The treatment we had was nice. Food in the conservatory restaurant afterwards was nice. Staff were very friendly.
Myself and 4 sisters were bought a show and stay package as a Christmas gift. We chose the George Michael tribute night. On arrival at the hotel we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff, the rooms were well maintained, clean and spacious and public areas and surroundings were beautiful. We had a carvery meal, which was delicious, before the show. The tribute act was good, but the disco could have played a better selection of music ( a little too dated for our taste) drinks were reasonably priced. Breakfast was included in our package which was buffet style, included cooked breakfast, cereal and pastries, tea, coffee and juices. Overall a lovely stay, we are considering coming back for another show.
I found the grounds and parking area were well kept and the grounds provided a nice stroll in the sun. The reception and staff were very welcoming. The hotel and room were very clean, tidy with a relaxing feel. The food was excellent and had a reasonable price.
A wonderful Spa day. There were plenty of loungers to chill out in between stints in the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Lunch was plentiful and the spa treatments finished off the day with some much needed relaxation time.
Had lovely lunch, food was good and reasonable, plud staff were very nice and helpful.
Had a lovely beef dinner today, didn't book but they squeezed us in. Good value £8.95 per dinner there was plenty of beef and vegetables. I also had a strawberry gateaux with cream which was delicious. Drinks were expensive though two pints of Pepsi £6.00. Lots of people were ordering jugs of water which I will do next time.
