Thank you for my first corner/swivel chair back in 2011 could not fault yourselves, second time around tho, paid all that money out 4 recliners ect, tried to resolve the situation but no1 knew what was going on? Still stuck with a broke electric recliner.. scuffs i was told! Not a broken 2 seat settee, hopefully we can finally resolve this matter, many thanks allx

Delivered a faulty sofa, refused a refund (against the Consumer Rights Act), wrote to me saying I "took" another person's sofa in an attempt to get out of refunding me and threatened to charge me storage for the faulty sofa. No concept of customer service or consumer rights. If you must buy here, use a credit card so you can get a refund!
