Sick of buying items online to find they dont have them in stock and have to wait over a week for them to be ordered. If its not in stock dont say its in stock ! Waste of time

One of the best experience as a customer.
I went to Cardiff branch and I met James the gem of a person and a asset for the company .

I bought a brand new bike from Italy 🇮🇹 and I wanted a bike fit .
He was very professional , very helpful and did everything to perfection to get me going.
My bike was bit bigger for me . So he changed the seat post , adjusted the handl bars , re-tape the handle bars and all with sheer perfection.
He even adjusted my brakes just to get it perfect.
I couldn’t have asked more . But then again he went ahead and did a online price match for my seat post , bar tape and other bit and bobs I purchased for a perfect bike fitting.
The bill would easily be much more but he took the effort to price match and did everything right .
I am not going anywhere other than this shop in future .

I will be back with the other bike I have soon.

A very well stocked shop with helpful and knowledgeable staff who are more than willing to go that little bit further for you.

The guy with the glasses gave me very good advice about bikes and gear. I’ve ordered online due to limited stock in the shop. I do recommend to pay a visit in store tho.

Went into Cardiff store this morning with the intention of buying a new pair of shoes and also thinking about getting a new road bike. In store for over 10 minutes and not even acknowledged by a single member of staff, not even the guy soon at the cash desk doing nothing. Tredz is my most local bike shop so really want to give them my business, but if they can't be bothered trying to make a sale, I dead to think what their after sales service is like

not a fan of the pushy sales tactics as soon as you walk through the door!

Have visited 4 times, walked around for 5 minutes looking at bikes only once been approached by a sales person. They did say goodbye on the occasions I left. Spoke with them on the phone about a specific bike purchase but they never followed up with lead times so I went elsewhere. Overall slightly disappointing in a very competitive market. Stock held in the shop is very minimal.

I purchased a 2017 Orbea bike, LH crank arm fell off after a week, after much debate they sent a replacement arm for a Raleigh bike. I have given up calling them.

Consistently excellent service. Mechanics are brilliant. They service my race bike regularly. I Can't recommend enough!
